When will my order be dispatched?
All orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day.
Orders after 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following morning.
Orders after this time will be dispatched Monday morning.
How long will the e-liquid last?
The short answer:
A bottle of 10ml e-liquid should last you between 5 and 10 days depending on usage.
The long answer:
This is a difficult question to answer as peoples usage varies greatly. Some people may use their e-cig occasionally or only when they have strong nicotine cravings. In this situation you may only use 1ml or less a day meaning a 10ml bottle could last 1-2 weeks.
Other people that are using them as a substitute for their normal smoking patterns or just really enjoying using it may find they use 3ml or more a day. In this situation a 3 x 10ml bottles should last a week or more.
Im new to electronic cigarettes, what should I buy?
What is the difference between the single and dual coil clearomizers?
The difference between the single coil and dual coil is that the single coil has 1 coiled wire inside the device that gets heated up to produce the vapour. The dual coil has two of these so produces more vapour, this also means it uses more liquid. The dual coil clearomizer has a replaceable head (the part inside the clearomizer) so it is actually cheaper to use in the long run as you can just replace this part most of the time.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we deliver to the EU and several other countries including Norway and Australia. If you do not see an international postage option after entering your address please contact us and we will let you know if we can ship to your country. Shipping outside of the UK is free for orders over £90.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All products from CigElectric come with a 30 day no fuss warranty excluding atomizers (cartomizers and clearomizers) which come with a DOA (dead on arrival) warranty. If the product is faulty we will ask you to return the item for inspection and replace any faulty items free of charge.
What e-liquid do you sell?
We work with a bespoke e-liquid manufacturer to produce the highest quality UK and TPD compliant CigElectric brand e-liquid.
All our e-liquids are tested and certificated by regulatory bodies including European MSGS,CE Certification and RoHS Certification. We only use pharmaceutical grade PG (Propylene Glycol) and all our e-liquids are shrink wrapped, supplied in child proof bottles, CHIP compliant and comply with the European Tobacco Products Directive.
What strength e-liquid should I buy?
For choosing the starting stregnth for your e-liquid we recomend basing it on your current/previous cigarette usage:
More than 10 cigarettes a day = 18mg or 12mg e-liquid strength
Less than 10 cigarettes a day = 12mg or 6mg e-liquid strength

WHEN I PRESS THE BUTTON ON MY BATTERY IT DOES NOT LIGHT UP?
All our batteries have a 3 click on / off safety function for locking the battery so it is not accidentally activated.
Occasionally a new battery will not unlock straight away after clicking 3 times. In this case please try clicking the button of the battery several times (10 or more times very quickly) to see if the battery will unlock. This occasionally happens when the battery seems to not respond, but this method usually wakes it up.
WHY IS THERE A BURNT TASTE FROM MY ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE?
If you are getting a burnt taste from a clearomizer or cartomizer this is because the device has been used when the wick and atomizer has not been fully saturated with liquid as explained in the starter kit guide. When the atomizer (the coil inside the device which makes the vapour) is activated without being saturated with liquid it will burn causing a burnt taste which is difficult to get rid of.
Why wont my LEO Pro charge with my standard USB charger?
The iTaste LEO Pro can not be charged with a standard USB charger. It requires a mini USB charger, which also allows “pass through functionality” so you can use it while charging. The silver cap on the end of the battery can be unscrewed to access the mini USB charging port. This type of charger is very common and is used for charging cameras, car readers and other electronics so you may already own one.
